I Just Want Food And My Money, Of Course!

I bought food from Safeway.com, like I have been for months. All was going cool until they called and told me my card wasn’t going through, I read my card number back and it still wasn’t going through. I give them one of my credit card number and hang-up. I call USBank’s 800 number and talk to a customer rep. about my card

Customer Rep: Hello, how can I help you?

Me: Well, I just tried to use my card and it isn’t working.

Customer Rep: Just a sec, it looks like you haven’t activated your card yet.

Me: Um, my card expires in a month.

Customer Rep: Oh!, well… we have sent you a new card that you should get in a few days.

Me: So, what about the card I have now?

Customer Rep: hmm, it has a fraud alert on it because you tried it more then twice and is locked up for 24 hours.

Me: Can I call them to get it removed?

Customer Rep: I’m sorry, but there is no customer service number for the fraud dept., it is a automated feature.

Me: Ok… Thanks alot, I guess
