To solve the problem of trying to hitting on a girl only to find out she is underage. I give you the three stage armband system. The system is three HIGHLY visible colored band wore around the upper arm, that alerts anyone checking out the wearer to their general age group.
(Stage One - RED - Age: 0 - 17)
Don’t even think about it! Just turn around and walk away.
(Stage Two - YELLOW - Age: 18-20)
Still in a dangerous area, proceed with caution and keep your alcohol locked up.
(Stage Three - Green - Age: 21+)
You are free and clear, its ok to talk to them and not worry about the cops or Chris Hansen cornering you.
